NYCFAM Services
NYC Family Altering Mentors is an education/mentoring program that aims to connect individuals ages 13-25 who are seeking life skills and guidance (mentees) with life-experienced individuals (mentors) who can assist them in achieving their goals, overcoming hindrances, and achieving life skills.
These relationships are led by the mentors and allow them to connect relevant life experiences that can assist their mentees' chosen paths.
The organization will focus on education, health, hygiene, professional goals, business building/ownership, work training, and other life preparation paths.
Background
Throughout my career, I have accumulated several years of experience as a mentor and life coach, recognized by the National Society of Leaders (UOP), Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Associate's degree in Information Technology, volunteer youth counselor, private tech consultant, and course credited philanthropy recipient.
My passion is to continue serving the community through the non-profit sector. I have assisted numerous clients in achieving their goals and improving their overall well-being, utilizing an interconnected approach customized to each individual's unique needs.
NYCFAM will specialize in providing personalized services to its clients.

As per Mental Health America NY ranks number 9 of 51 states within the youth ranking for the following:
- Youth with At Least One Major Depressive Episode (MDE) in the Past Year
- Youth with Substance Use Disorder in the Past Year
- Youth with Severe MDE
- Youth with MDE who Did Not Receive Mental Health Services
- Youth with Severe MDE who Received Some Consistent Treatment
- Children with Private Insurance that did not Cover Mental or Emotional Problems
- Students Identified with Emotional Disturbance for an Individualized Education Program.

Our clientele of strong minds, compassionate hearts, and driven passion have the potential to lead a fulfilling, meaningful, and impacting life by identifying, and mastering goals with positive and guided direction.
As mentors, we seek to help them turn their vulnerabilities and weaknesses into persuasive shields and strengths. We believe in a reciprocal relationship with our youth where we can learn valuable lessons and experiences by finding common connections that will transport them to their path of accomplishments and goals.
Premier Virtual Racing Academy (Educational Partner)
United States Air Force veteran changes the narrative of an entire community
I am an Air Force veteran and a proud native of South Jamaica Queens, where I witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by underprivileged youth in our community. After my honorable discharge, I was inspired to create Premier Virtual Racing Academy as a way to give back and help young people in our area. Using virtual reality racing simulators, we offer a unique STEM education program that teaches valuable skills and encourages the exploration of exciting career paths in the motorsports industry. As a veteran, I bring the discipline, teamwork, and leadership skills I developed in the Air Force to every aspect of my work at Premier. I am deeply committed to serving my community and making a positive impact on the lives of those around me. I believe that every child deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential, and I am proud to be part of an organization that is dedicated to empowering young people and ending gun violence, drugs, and teenage pregnancy in our community."
